Guildhouse Rosepride, in partnership with China Building Technique Group Co, will be delivering one of south London’s most iconic landmarks, One Lansdowne Road. Designed by Piers Gough CBE of CZWG Architects, the development will contain around 900 apartments, 210,000 sq ft of Grade A offices, a glass-bottomed swimming pool spanning the office atrium at eighth floor level, the highest bar/restaurant in London on the 65th and 66th floors and viewing gallery on the 67th floor.

We have has secured planning permission for 113 apartments in Cairo New Road. The 14-storey scheme is a key part of Guildhouse Rosepride’s commitment to regenerating Croydon’s historic Old Town and is being designed to complement the character of the surrounding conversation area. Cairo Place will also make a major contribution to the public realm, featuring a new plaza and including a pedestrian link towards both the new shopping centre and East Croydon station in one direction and Wandle Park in the other. Guildhouse Rosepride are preparing to bring the atmosphere of Covent Garden to Croydon’s Old Town. We are committed to making a destination of Exchange Square, with the historic Pump House at its heart, with small shop units, food and drink outlets and a partly-covered Covent Garden style space for activities and events. Underlining our commitment to Croydon and restoring Old Town to its former glories, we intend to change perceptions of Croydon by bringing the wonderful Pump House building back to life and bringing life and vitality to a forgotten part of town. The plans include refurbishment of the Pump House as a tech hub, café/music/art venue and restaurant. The aim is to create a destination for Croydon’s burgeoning arts scene while complementing neighbouring Surrey Street Market by producing pop-up retail outlets, helping to fill the void while Westfield and Hammerson redevelop the Whitgift Shopping Centre over the next three years.
