Croydon’s unrivalled connectivity

Croydon has unrivalled connectivity thanks to its high-speed rail links with Central London and Gatwick International Airport, as well as the capital’s only tram network.

Regular train services connect us with the city, via London Bridge, and the West End, via Victoria, with journey times of around 15 minutes. And with Gatwick also just 15 minutes away and St Pancras, with its Eurostar services, just 35 minutes away via a direct service, Croydon’s location has international appeal.

The railway station is in the midst of a multimillion pound upgrade, which began with the completion of a direct link from Lansdowne Road via a new East Croydon Bridge, creating a more efficient transport interchange.

Trams are a familiar sight on the streets of Croydon, regularly carrying upwards of 100,000 passengers a day to destinations such as Wimbledon, Beckenham, Elmers End and New Addington, with proposals currently under consideration for extensions to Sutton and Crystal Palace.
