Guildhouse Rosepride are investors and developers with a long-standing commitment to Croydon.
It was 2005 that we formed a joint venture having identified the opportunity at Lansdowne Road, opposite the existing Whitgift Shopping Centre.
The scheme involved the acquisition of several sites and renowned architect Piers Gough of CZWG Architects came up with a stunning design for the scheme which secured planning permission from the London Borough of Croydon in 2012 following a detailed planning process.
In 2017, Croydon Council approved revised plans for towers of 68 and 41 storeys, which will bring a world-famous landmark to south London.
During the past decade Guildhouse and Rosepride have also worked on a number of other projects together, both in Croydon and elsewhere.
We are passionate about Croydon and proud to be playing a leading part in its regeneration.
